Tickets exchange policy

1. Holders of valid subscriptions may exchange unused tickets, including those from the previous season.
Tickets will be exchanged on a free-seat basis only.  Equivalent seats cannot be guaranteed.

2. Priority will be given to subscribers who submit their tickets prior to the date of the original concert. Their seats will be allocated two weeks before the requested concert. Seats for subscribers who exchange tickets after the date of the original concert will be allocated one week before the  requested concert. Subscribers may inform us by phone (1-700-70-30-30) as to tickets of forthcoming concerts which will not be used – there is no need to send the tickets by fax.
Tickets for the requested concert will be handed at the box office against receipt of the original tickets which have been freed.

3. Tickets that have been exchanged once will not be exchanged again.

4. Concerts marked with a red diamond:  exchanged is possible for any other concert, as noted  in para. 2 above.   Tickets for regular concerts can be exchanged for concerts marked with a red diamond on the day of the concert only.  On such days the box office will be open through the evening.

5. Subscribers of the Youth series, the Philharmonic in Jeans series and the Chamber Music series  may exchange tickets within their series only.  Exchange of tickets to other series is possible pending payment of the difference in price. No reimbursements will be made.

6. Requests for exchange can be handed at the box office or sent by mail or fax, with copies of the tickets.

7. Exchanged is not permitted to special concerts.
