Online Ticket Sales Regulations
1. Finding tickets on the site
Tickets offered on the site for a particular concert reflect the complete ticket availability for that concert.
The IPO makes every effort to ensure the availability of its services, but cannot guarantee access to tickets purchasing and/or information via the site at all times.
One can enter the ticket-purchasing system by clicking on the “Buy Tickets” button from any point on the site.
If you wish to find a specific concert, you can search:
- according to date on our calendar of events
- via the search box
- according to an artist’s name

2. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Your name, I.D. number and other personal details, including email address, will not be given to any other organization for any purpose whatsoever.
The orchestra will use personal details solely for marketing and notification purposes, such as informing customers of changes.
If you authorize receipt of emails or SMS’s from us, all communication will relate to IPO concerts, events and other opportunities connected to the orchestra.
If you wish to have your personal details taken off our distribution list, please send your request in writing to the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, 1 Huberman Street, Tel Aviv 6123401.
Our website uses SSL technology that guarantees encryption of information and confidentiality of transmitted information.
3. Payment via the website:
Payment is made by credit card (in up to three installments with no interest).
Customers enter their credit card number and type, expiration date, select the number of .installments, confirm approval of the website’s regulations and press the button “PAY”
Following payment, you will receive an email with confirmation and details of your order.
4. Collecting your tickets
You can collect your purchased tickets at the IPO Box Office after you’ve placed your order or prior to the start of the concert.
Please note: you must present your credit card at the IPO Box Office in order to receive your tickets.
*The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra reserves the right to change (in exceptional cases) seats that have been ordered.
5. Cancellation/return of tickets purchased on the site
If you wish to cancel an order made on the site, please call IPO Customer Service: *3766
One can change the date or cancel a subscription concert up to 48 hours before the start of the concert (up to 24 hours before the start of a concert for IPO Subscribers).
One can change the date of or cancel a special concert up to 14 days before the start of the concert.
Any cancellation or date change of a purchased ticket requires communication with a customer service representative.
In the case of cancellation, full reimbursement will be made to the purchaser.
The reimbursement will be made to the credit card through which the ticket was purchased.
