Exchange of tickets for subscribers

We all have constraints, and each of us experiences sudden changes in schedule.
The exchange policy of the orchestra is designed to allow maximum flexibility for subscribers.

You can notify of non-arrival to the concert up to half an hour before the start of the concert, on the channel that is convenient for you:

• At the orchestra’s telephone service center, 3766*, which operates every day from nine in the morning to six in the evening, on Fridays until one o’clock and on concert days until the start of the concert (on Saturdays starting two hours before).
