The 90th Season
We are thrilled to present the program for our upcoming season, opening this October – a season of special significance as we celebrating the Philharmonic 90th anniversary. The Orchestra gave its very first performance on December 26, 1936, and this season we mark that extraordinary milestone.
To celebrate this jubilee, we will host a special festival in early January 2027, bringing together Zubin Mehta, Martha Argerich, Maxim Vengerov, Gianandrea Noseda, Pinchas Zukerman, Amanda Forsyth, and of course Lahav Shani. Full details and schedules will be announced soon.
Throughout the season, we will welcome to our stage an exceptional roster of conductors, soloists, and artists from the world’s leading stages, including Yefim Bronfman, Kirill Petrenko, Sir András Schiff, Iván Fischer, Mischa Maisky, Leonidas Kavakos, Alisa Weilerstein, Gil Shaham, Kirill Gerstein, Nikolaj Szeps-Znaider, Clara-Jumi Kang, Vasily Petrenko, Yoel Levi, and many more.
