Oded Saig

Oded is a horn player and a graduate of the Franz Liszt University of Music Weimar (class of Jörg Brückner). From 2021 to 2023, he studied at the Buchmann–Mehta School. of Music, Tel Aviv University, under Chezi Nir and Hagai Shalom.

Oded has performed with several distinguished ensembles, including the Israel Philharmonic, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra (guest solo horn), and the Staatskapelle Weimar. He is currently performing with the Jenaer Philharmonie in Germany.

A former member of the Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and the Buchmann–Mehta Academy Symphony Orchestra, Oded was awarded first prize at the Kfar Saba National Wind Competition in 2024. He is a recipient of the Charlotte-Krupp Scholarship for 2024–2025, supporting his ongoing studies and performance activities in Germany.
