Yotam Cohen

Born in kibbutz Eilon in Western Galilee, Yotam Cohen studied singing in Tel-Aviv, Milan, London and Budapest. For many years now he is one of the featured soloists of the Israeli Opera, where he performs many leading roles along with performances around the globe (Italy, Germany, Hungary, Argentina, the Netherlands and other countries) as a soloist in opera productions and concerts alike. Mr. Cohen’s operatic repertoire includes 30 leading roles spanning from Mozart, Rossini and Donizetti to Verdi, Puccini, Bizet, Dvořák, Tchaikovsky and others. He also sings liturgic music, including requiems, oratorios and other works from the Baroque to the 21st century. In addition to his work in the classical repertoire, Yotam Cohen performs with numerous folk music ensembles (Neapolitan music, South American music Russian and Israeli music), with which he released six albums.
