The orchestra is searching for suitable candidates to fill a senior position: Head of Artistic Operations.

The orchestra is not subject to tender laws and therefore the recruitment process will not be subject to such laws. The orchestra has the right to modify the terms and conditions at each stage, at its own discretion.

Head of Artistic Operations

Responsible for coordination, production and co-planning the musical activities of the Orchestra, reports to the Secretary General, orchestra management and the Music Director. Will actively take part in building the Orchestra’s long term artistic vision.

Responsibilities

Communication with conductors, soloists, and representatives in Israel and abroad. Planning, organizing, and initiating international concert tours in collaboration with the tour manager.
Participation in shaping the concert repertoire together with the music director and the orchestra management, and in planning streamed concerts.

Qualifications

• Academic degree from a recognized institution; Preference to a degree is in music.
• Experience in management involving work with conductors, soloists, impresarios, and festivals in Israel and abroad.
• Proven experience in program development for orchestral concerts.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Connections with top-tier international conductors and soloists.
